Having recently released their second season, The End of The F***ing World is the perfect first date watch. A story about two 17-year old outcasts, Alyssa and James, the show encompasses humor and adventure in a unique way. Alyssa and James embark on the road trip of a lifetime that features Alyssa’s estranged father, murder, and love. It’s the perfect first date watch because it’s funny- but not a specific type of humor that your risk your date not understanding. It also touches on romance but not so deeply that you’re going to scare your date away. It’s constant turn of events will never leave you awkwardly sitting in silence, and will give you plenty of topics to discuss once it’s over. If you’re looking for a second date, The End Of The F***ing World is the perfect first date watch.
This show is gorgeous. Love the first date/first Netflix watch idea. Real potential relationship barometer stuff. Not to rush to judgement BUT gotta think that they probably aren't worth your time if they don't feel something watching this. Or they're not at least ok with me openly weeping next to them.
